  1. The benefits of yoga in improving body condition has been proven. There are also other methods in relieving back pain such as using firm mattresses. As we get older, our body could no longer find comfort in using soft mattresses. Soft mattresses curve our spine and bend our hips. We need firmer mattresses that can correct sleep posture. A good choice is memory foam mattress. This mattress gives better back support.
